Strengthen tripartism and social dialogue

The Social Dialogue Sector's operational objectives are to a) promote social dialogue; b) strengthen institutions, machinery and processes of social dialogue; and c) strengthen representation, capacity and services of the parties to social dialogue. Social dialogue is understood to include(s) all types of negotiation, consultation or simply exchange of information between representatives of governments, employers and workers, on issues of common interest to economic and social policy.
